  • Most projects are offered at a flat design fee based on scope and complexity. For smaller needs or ongoing support, hourly services are also available. All fees are discussed after an initial consultation.

  • Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with clients’ contractors and fabricators, providing drawings, 3D visuals, and design support to ensure clear communication and alignment.

  • We prioritize cost-aware design strategies and help clients make informed decisions that balance aesthetics, function, and budget. Our goal is to create the most impact with the resources available.

  • It’s common for questions to arise during construction, such as material substitutions, field adjustments, or clarification requests from the contractor. I remain available to address these items personally and provide design guidance as needed. This support is typically offered on an hourly basis.
